If I could give 0 stars I would. The past few times I've been there, what I purchased was already broken. I would get home and it would instantly break in way that reveals poor manufacturing. I've also purchased something that was visibly broken there, asking for a discount because it was the only one left in the store, and received 50 cents off. Ridiculous. It was literal garbage that I was taking off their hands. Can't even give half off for me to do them a favor. I will never return and will advise others against it. Also beware, 30 day refund policy rather than the typical 90 days. Sometimes you get home with a faulty item and don't have time in your busy schedule to return it within a measly 30 days. Better off skipping it altogether. I guarantee you will not find a quality product...

Like this store as you can find quality merchandise at discounted prices, sometimes seriously low! Store is clean, bright, and well kept considering how the customers continuously rummage through things. Only not five star because whenever I stop there attentive help is hard to find. They work hard there, and seem to be always busy doing something. Last night the young girl was almost falling asleep on her feet at the cash register, yawning repetitively. Very nice store and reasonably fare price no doubt. I come here pretty much every week or so with my 2 little kids. Past 6 months or so their restroom is broken so my wife has to go take my 2 little kids (3 and 6) to next door (old navy) to use restroom. How inconvenient is it. They want you to spend money here at tj max and use someone’s else restroom. I simply asked one of the store employee if they all go to old navy to use restroom. She said they use restroom here at tj max So I am assuming they have restrooms for them but not for customers or even a little...
