Last week I got breakfast sandwiches which were missing the eggs. Sadly I decided to treat myself and father and got delivery following week. After Panera not having what we ordered the delivery guy called to see what we’d like Instead ( which I feel the store should have, being I placed order in advance thru their app and theyre wasting his time.) They didnt send my dads sandwich (bad first impression for him.) Then when I call and tell them the situation. The lady was extremely snappy and rude like it was my problem. “ well what do you want me to do.” I’m officially DONE with Panera. I ordered delivery for a reason, i can”t leave work and for someone to be rude about that, I’m done when I was trying to be understanding and nice even after her nasty attitude.
For two you pick 2’s is 38$ with no drinks! Sorry I will take my business to texas road house or another restaurant who is worth 38$ and arent half a** serving, which wouldnt feed a child! Wegmans salads salads are cheaper and tastier and serving...

I went there today and I had another bad experience. I ordered online for a rapid-pick up. My greek salad didn't have any dressing, the chicken was super unseasoned and it didn't even tasted like a great salad anymore. The sandwiches that my peers order were also wrong, they described as a totally different recipe.
I feel that the quality has been deteriorating slowly since two years ago, which is around the same time that dunkin donuts bought the franchise. Now not even customer service has a contacting line that actually works. Read moreUnderstand they just opened at 7am, but I walked in and 2 counter workers never greeted me, I smiled at them. I stood at the register awkwardly for at least 3 min, felt like 10, while they ignored me. Then when it was time to order the register was not on. She asked what I was paying with, I said cash, she said we can't take cash right now in ac rude tone. As if cash was so wrong, like I was doing something wrong. I did ok ill use a card then. Took the other girl 4 min to find cibatta bread from my breakfast sandwich on the screen. Then I waited 8 min for 1 bacon, egg, & cheese sandwhich to be made. I'm sorry it was 7:05 & y'all just opened but staff doesn't come in right at 7, I too have to get to work. Guess I know better than to stop here again before work.
