Awful service. There is a couple female employees that are friendly. The Hispanic lady Manager is amazing. So what I am here to discuss is the Manager Ishmael(excuse me if I spelled your name wrong). Absolutely terrible attitude, Slothful demeanor, unfriendly and questions EVERYTHING you tell that if something is wrong. I come here 5 times a week. I’ve loved McDonald’s since I was little boy much like my kids and most of the universe. But Ishmael makes this McDonald’s unique in the way even the most ghetto of McDonald’s feel more welcoming. I was in there June 18, my son’s birthday. I placed an order through the kiosk and got my order in like 15 minutes. Fine it’s busyish I’ll take it, whatever. But at the same time, my fiancée placed a mobile order at 6:09 and 30 minutes later I went up to the front and asked Ishmael if they had the order coming he said he didn’t have a mobile order. He then scours the computer looking for my order telling me it’s not there. The Hispanic lady manager walked up and asked what was wrong, and she immediately started making my order, meanwhile Ishmael is still looking over there and finally finds . This 5 minutes of questioning and looking for an order HE bumped off and wouldn’t rectify the situation. Worst part is he never apologized never even acknowledged being wrong or any wrong doing at all. Is he the son or nephew who of the owner or something? This is awful. I know it’s fast food but would never talk to my customers down the street like that. I wouldn’t never question so hard that you felt ripped off and unwelcome. Please doing something about him! Read more"Chaotic but they are trying their best" Was my initial comment a year ago. However, things did not improve at all. You would've thought that after a year, management would make changes, to improve customer service, work atmosphere and deliveries, but sadly that did not happen. Employees are still playing and joking in the kitchen. If your life depended on getting McDonald's at night, you probably wouldnt survived because during their night shifts, the drive thru is absolutely unimaginable with over 30 mins wait time. It's unreliable, services aren't being delivered in a timely manner, yet this location is 24 hours. Here is a better idea for area managers, if this location doesn't have enough worker on any giving night shift, why don't you close it down for that night and send those workers to the Triphammer location which is worst in terms of wait time at night, and decrease their long lines and slow services? To everyone reading this, I will come back and review this location again in about 6 to 8 months. Let's see if improvements were made.
We're now 8 months since my last update, and this is what I gotta say: DON'T GO THERE, YOU ARE NOT WELCOME IN THIS ESTABLISHMENT. YOU'LL BE TREATED LIKE AN INCONVENIENCE BY THE RUDE STAFF MEMBERS. And the kitchen is pretty dirty, unhygienic. Their customer service is horrible and they are super slow as well. They snapped at customers, delivery drivers whom are just doing their jobs, etc.
If you want somewhat of a decent McDonald's experience in this area, go to the one on TripHammer road.

Around 745 pm Sunday 3/24, noticing the drive thru was busy and had about 5 cars per lane waiting to order, I went inside hoping to order and receive it faster. There were only 3 people ahead of us on the queue. No one was at the front to take orders, but I ordered on the kiosk with no issues. After waiting 20 minutes, our order number was finally called. When we went to the counter to pick up the order, there were no cups for our drinks. When I asked the manager for 3 small cups, she said she would be with me in a minute. After waiting 3 more minutes, we asked someone else. (Maybe either leave cups for the orders with the bags or when a customer asks for them, you should bring them over right away especially if they have been waiting 20 minutes.) I doubt going inside saved any time. It was probably slower. Also, when we arrived home less than 15 minutes later, the food had to be reheated. This very slow service has occurred twice before: once inside after renovations were recently completed (35 minute wait time) and on drive thru (45 minutes - they took orders 2 on the other line which should have been taken after us). You call yourselves fast food, and ever since it was renovated the wait time is way too long. Something definitely needs to be done to improve your 'service' like a surprise inspection maybe.
