On Thursday January 26th, my friend and I went to premium coffee after our spin class. We got there at 555am as our spin class was early. Premium coffee company opens at 6. We waited 30 minutes and finally left at 630 when nobody showed up to open the store. On Friday January 27th, we decided to try again as we love premium coffee company. We got there around 625 and they were open! When we got in, two girls were at the register talking to the current customer. We waited and when it was our turn we ordered our coffee and asked about yesterday. My friend asked if the hours changed and the girl said no. So then my friend asked what time do you open she said 6am. I go yesterday we were here and waited a half hour, nobody showed up. The girl went oh, sorry. Didnât look at us when we asked the questions and looked away when answering. Another guy came into the shop and said hi Morgan, she said hi back. I know times are tough and itâs early in the morning but customer service is everything. I am very disappointed with the lack of communication given when asking about what happened.    Read moreI've been coming to premium for a while now. I'm not sure what has happened but I've tried multiple different times and my coffee is always watery or doesn't have much flavor. This has been more consistent in the last year; before that was always correct and super yummy. I'm not sure if it is the Baristas working or if there have been changes. But more often than not recently my coffees don't have much flavor, are not made correctly, and prices always vary. It's just disappointing when I come in and I'm paying money for something and the product just isn't always the same.
I do have to give kudos to Morgan who always makes my coffee correctly it has flavor and just is worth the money. However Morgan is the only one that knows how to make the coffee the correct way and doesn't taste water down. Today, I got my coffee mine was so watered down it didnt taste like anything, and I got a macchiato. My friends tasted like spoiled milk.

Itâs how a company reacts to the not perfect thatâs a testament to their customer service. Premium Coffee fails on even the most basic level. I recently had a problem with an online order and have reached out through multiple channels (email, web form, phone) throughout the last 2 weeks to no response. I ordered 6 different varieties of flavored coffee through their website, including 2 pounds of Maple Cream, one I kept and one I passed on (before noting the issue). Both smell and taste as if the beans were burnt when roasted. I canât even reach someone to tell me they donât care if I received the product for which I paid, although the none response certainly gives the same message.
