I ordered online and it was supposed to come to my apartment where we have to buzz you in if you don’t have a key fob. My text message said my food arrived, no one ever rang the door bell or came to my door. I look out the window and the car is pulling off. I called and explained what happened, I was told I would get a call back, he was calling to see what happened. I get a call back to be told that the driver said he delivered it or someone must have taken it. How is that possible if he never came in the building!!! I was offered for my pizza to be made again, I declined because at this point, give me my money back. It’s the principle, the driver never even came in the building. Not only he took my order incorrectly, but when I pointed out the mistake, he didn’t apologize or show any concern. Instead, his behavior was dismissive.On top of that,I had to wait for my order to be corrected, but no one informed me that it would take an extra 10 minutes.
