Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in City of Middletown

They are always “forgetting to put the complete order” together. When I called about the problem I spoke with a manager named “Raj” and he was very rude yet admitted to an employee forgetting to put the item in the order. The time before that I decided that okay mistakes happen and I left it alone. I called ahead to see if a specialty order could me placed, Judy answered the phone and I explained what I wanted and she told me it would be no problem. I explained that I would not be placing the order right away and she rushed me off the phone, only taking my name.. I did not receive my full order and when I called to ask about getting my money returned she referred me to the delivery services.. so I called delivery services I was told the store manager would be contacting me within 3 business day.. it's been over a week.....

This was my first time in this establishment. The first thing you notice is the cleanliness. Considering that we have had quite a bit of snow and the amount of pedestrian traffic, that cleanliness was a much welcome site. The gentleman who took our order was courteous and pleasant.
