McDonald's — Restaurant in City of Middletown

I usually have no issues here but today the young woman at the drive thru window was horrible. I had about a $50 order as to which it was going to take a few minutes to put together as expected. When part of my order was handed out the window i had a problem with one of the drinks, i said excuse me a few times but was ignored because she was busy standing around talking to her friends. I repeated myself a little louder this time to get her attention and she responded with an eye roll then after i handed her the drink she slammed the window in my face and continued talking to her friends/coworkers. When she handed my drink back out she asked for us to pull forward to wait for some of the food (not complaining about this, i expected this with a larger order). After about 15 minutes of waiting outside my friend went in with the receipt to see what was taking so long. Once inside they informed her they couldn't find our food. About 3 minutes after she went inside the young woman at the window brought out a milkshake that i had ordered, i said to her that my friend went inside to get the food that we were missing she said ok another eye roll and walked away. I sat outside in the car with two very angry and very hungry toddlers for at least another 10 minutes. My friend was inside with the manager trying to find out what happened with our food. The young woman at the window said she didn't know what happened to it. A few moments later another employee walked past a few bags of food and asked if that was our missing food, it was. The young lady at the window then responded with she thought we drove away and left the food, mind you she had just brought out my milkshake and i told her my friend was inside waiting....will not be returning to this location...

The manager on shift was very rude. I expressed I had three mobile orders to pick up and she told me my limit was two. I was confused on why was there a limit if everyone in the car was present but she told me I would have to go around. She had an attitude while speaking to me. Once she told me to pull forward I told her you are so rude while she was handing me my food. She then proceeded to snatch the food back and did not give it to me. I then had to go around the drive thru again and she would not open the window nor hand me my food that was already paid for. She kept yelling at me to leave and get out through the window. All I wanted was my paid for food. She then called the cops which is the only reason why I was able to get my food. The cops had to go in themselves to get the food for us. The cops were basically the middle man between a grown woman throwing a tantrum and me, a customer, trying to get their food.She does not do well under pressure, even though the store wasnt even that busy. While there were two other employees there a man and another woman they did nothing to help me either. Im assuming the rude lady was the manager which is why they did not help me. Never did I do anything to the worker besides tell her she was rude to me which lead to everything I spoke about above. She really needs to be removed from rush hours cause she cant handle it, even though there were only about 4-5 cars at the...

I am so tired of the fact that as a person who uses the app to order my meals always has to wait so long for my food to be brought out. A couple of weeks ago. I sat at the order screen for 8 minutes before I had to actually park my car and walk into the restaurant to find out why other customers who were ordering at the 2nd ordering screen were getting much quicker service than me. I actually had to go into the store to pick up an order that I had placed on the app to be picked up at the drive through window. And tonight I arrived 15 minutes after I placed my order on the app. To again be told I had to wait for my order To be prepared. Sat in the waiting spot for 6 minutes to have my order brought out. Only to have some smug employee blame her manager for why I had to wait so long. So moral of the story, when you order from the McDonalds on Dolson Avenue in Middletown NY, don’t bother to use the app if you actually want quick service or don’t want to be ignored completely at the ordering screen.
