Subway — Restaurant in City of Middletown

I had a terrible experience in the Dolson Ave location. I went inside said Hello to the waiter and he looked at me in disgust. I proceeded to order my sandwhich and when I got to the veggies section I asked him to please put a lot of lettuce since my last visit he only put a little. Then I asked him for extra onions and he yelled at me asking why am I asking for a lot. He grabbed the ENTIRE lettuce and yelled “Is this enough for you, do you want it in a bag.” At that point I was ready to walk out because I felt very disrespected. When I proceeded to pay he said next time I go over there to bring my own bag so he can fill it with lettuce. Everytime I go there he is rude and disrespectful. It’s the only location close to me and on google people are stating the same. I don’t know his name but he is a medium size darker skin older man with black bottom teeth. I pay for my food and I just take 3 minutes out of his day and he shouldn’t disrepect a customer especially since I wasn’t rude...

I just visited this location today with my fiancé, I went to order of flatbread. The guy behind the counter pulled out the flatbreads and they were completely full of mold. The whole entire thing was green. They look like they’ve been sitting there for at least two weeks. There was a refrigerator full of bread that was getting contaminated by the mold, and many people probably ate bread that was contaminated by this mold, based on how moldy the bread looked. They gave us a very hard time when we simply ask them to get rid of all of the bread in the refrigerator. My fiancé was recording them for about five minutes before they even threw out the bread. The worst subway I have ever been to. The guy making the sandwiches is so sloppy and soooo rude. He will throw the food into the sandwich and yell at you as he is making the sandwich. He doesn't change his gloves. I saw him throw out a bucket of dirty food before making my sandwich. I told him to change his gloves to which he responded that they are clean don't worry.
