Starbucks — Restaurant in City of New Rochelle

WORST STARBUCKS - Extremely disappointed with the service and speed of this Starbucks. I've been to multiple and have never had problems with my mobile orders. In short, this is the second time I've had to wait 25 minutes for my mobile order (which they lost) without any employee asking me why I've been standing around for so long.

2nd time within the month that they lost my order - only my orders always "come when the machine is down.” I ordered $12 worth of food+drink too so not that small I'm literally standing next to the mobile order counter for 20 minutes continuously checking the drinks there, and no employee thinks to ask me if they could assist me in any way. I'm the only one at the mobile counter too. I have to flag someone down to ask about my drinks and they weren't courteous nor did they offer...

This is my morning stop before I leave for work. I have to say, for a while there I was avoiding this stop. The wait for DT was horrible the people seemed miserable and inside the mornings looked like a stampede of cattle had been through it. But! Over the last few weeks the employees, though they don't seem happier, who can blame them, they're more determined, the wait seems shorter and the inside is cleaner there's a new person there I never saw and she/he? is definitely part of it very hands on even directing the other employees so they're moving efficiently. They have light speckled glasses with tattoos if that helps. They're always moving fast so I haven't gotten a good look. There's also a tallish guy with brown hair...

I can’t express how angry I am about HOW LONG the drive thru takes!!! Today was definitely by far the longest I’ve had to wait for 2 pink drinks as well as bacon gruyere egg bites. I left at like 10:50 AM and just got home now at 11:59 AM. The line goes almost out of the Golden Horseshoe. It’s ridiculous!!!! I have extremely low patience and I hate things that take forever at the pace of a snail. It should just be order, pick up, boom. Not sitting in line for 20 minutes to an hour. No. The baristas even gave me a refund card. If there’s a way to make this service faster, please do so. I’m sorry if I sound rude, I’m just very frustrated.
