This is my second time visiting the store. The first time I had a great experience. I wish I could say the same this time around. I walked in no problem but as soon as I walked in one of the sales associates lock the door behind me. I continue to shop around, but got the sense that they didn't want me in there. When I asked if they were closed, one girl explained that she was late for her break and that they needed to close the store. I tired to hurry and it was obvious she wanted me out. After paying she proceeded to bag the items. This store typically wraps the gifts as part of their service. When I asked her to wrap them she asked if I wanted to come back for them in over a hour. I explained that I would not be in the area and asked if she could gift give me some bows to take with me.She begrudgingly took the bag from my hand and wrapped them. This is just poor customer service. It took her less than five min to do it. She should just have done it...
