I found the jewelry to be low-quality and the owner to be very unhelpful. We had a situation where our debit card was misappropriated by a teenager outside our family and used over a short period to purchase thousands of dollars of jewelry from Jewels by Joanne. When we discovered the fraud and recovered the pieces, we were about a month outside the return window. Joanne looked at the pieces and said the ones that had been worn were in “horrible shape.” Really? Wearing this jewelry for a month renders it “horrible?” I wouldn’t go here for pieces you hope to last, I guess. However, even pieces that had never been worn and that she could resell easily because she said they are popular, she refused to consider taking back even for a partial refund because it was outside her return window. Seemed very inflexible and unhelpful. I was stuck with all this jewelry. I never thought I was that chick but apparently with Joanne's Jewels I am..lol. Every single occasion is followed with a little something from JJ. I am fortunate to have a hubby who does not mind getting me little gifts and Joanne's jewels hit the mark for us every single time. Quality is phenomenal and price point is manageable...lol, seriously though, value for money, every single time and we have made 5 purchases so far. I usually go online and enter everything I like into the cart and then give hubby access so he can choose 1 or a couple whenever the occasion calls for it...:). Thank you for your beautiful pieces. I didn’t have a good experience here. Please know that if you purchase anything here, you cannot get a refund. They only do exchanges. I was trying to return a gift.
