Oh my God and yes all of this I must say oh my God Baskin-Robbins Dunkin' donuts Broadway Newburgh New York 12550 squad working the 6 to 7:30 shift on Thursday August 19th 2021 they did a good job taking down my order they only got one mistake which was toasting the bagel it is uncommon for someone to not want the bagel toasted I guess but that is understandable but understandable mess up I'm only giving five stars still because of how greatly they handled the situation within the store how easily it was to speak and be understood and how easy it was to know that they wanted to do their best to get my order right thank you keep...

It’s 9:38, Google says they close at 10pm. The doors were shut and I was hand signaled to go thru- the drive thru. I got back into my car and drive thru and the lady says “we’re done serving icecream”. An established that says they are open until 10 should be able to serve everything until 10pm. If I got there at 9:38 they started shutting down Baskin Robbin’s earlier than that. Disappointed in the service and the attitude of the two attendants...

I went inside this store to get an iced coffee. I waited in line for 15 min and no one took my order, there was only one other costumer in front of me. Once the customer in front of me received their order it took 10 minutes for someone to come when I asked if someone could help me and told me to keep waiting because they were busy....
