Los Amigos Mexican Restaurant + Bar — Restaurant in City of Newburgh

I stopped in to pick up a late lunch today and this was my third or fourth time there. The first time, one of the girl employees didn't even say hello to me. She only spoke when telling me the price. No smile and not even a thank you either. Second time another girl employee didn't say two words either except to tell me the price. I felt like I was bothering her. Today the same experience with another girl. I said hello and she responded with " Your name ?" No smile, told me the price, told me my bag was on the side of counter and walked away ! I'm sorry I understand people have bad days, WE ALL DO ! These employees shouldn't be allowed to hold a job if they can't be courteous and polite. I absolutely did not like my food. I ordered picaditas. Traditional Mexican picaditas are made of a corn tortilla semi fried with red or green salsa and cheese with sour cream & the steak or whatever meat u want of your choice goes on the side. They gave me a deep fried tortilla almost like a tostone with beans lettuce steak and RANCH NOT SOUR CREAM BUT RANCH! Disgusting! I would not recommend this place for authentic Mexican food. Placed an order with them for tacos. It was a busy Sunday cause of the events happening so I waited over an hour for my food. She said they didn’t have it when I came to pick it up. I said how do you not have it? She said that we don’t have it in the system. I showed her the call logs saying I called to order tacos. She said nothing but walked away and taking shots with other people around. I understand it’s a fun day but I left back home with no food. And it was 10:30pm I waited 30 minutes for nothing.
