Planet Wings — Restaurant in City of Newburgh

Ordered food for delivery, I always give planet wings my business more so the one on North Plank because they’re nicer & more accurate. This one has been forgetting my drink every time I order for delivery. The last time it was no big deal, I figured it was the holidays & business was busy. And plus the delivery guy at that time was nice about it & he apologized & even tried to fix it. This time, another delivery guy comes and forgets the drink, has the most blatant, disgusting attitude when I ask where’s the drink and blames it on his manager saying it’s his managers fault, the 2 liter wasn’t on the receipt (which was a lie because it was on the receipt) then he continues to literally say “oh well!! at least you got your food. It’s not my fault, blame them.. you should be glad we didn’t charge you for it, it’s not my problem” & so I didn’t tip (why would I?) & I walk away and shut the door & this guy continues running his mouth even after I close the door on him I’m assuming because I didn’t tip. WHAT KIND OF BULLS* CUSTOMER SERVICE IS THIS! How unprofessional, rude & nasty that driver was! I did call the store and spoke to the manager who was polite about it & did send another guy out to bring the drink who was nice (this guy I tipped). But THAT delivery guy should be fired, coming to my doorstep talking to a customer like that over something that was HIS fault. Disgusted. Will stick to the PW on...

First time visiting this establishment and i thought that the wings were going to be good judging on the price of the wings. I paid $25 for my full order which was 15 wings and i made it a combo and got a side of the mango habanero sauce. Once I reached my home i was very much anticipating the meal from the smell of Cajun seasoning coming from the bag. I opened the container and much to my dismay and shock i found my boneless wings swimming in grease and so was the container of ranch and the celery. The wings were also burnt and since they were partially submerged in the unnecessary pool of cooking oil, the breading was soggy and falling off the wings leaving the bottom of the of the container looking breaded mud. The side of mango habanero was also a disappointment. It was just sweet with no heat and no flavor, definitely not worth the price of the side of sauce maybe if it was half the price it would be slightly worth. The curly fries were below sub par and tasted of how long it must have been lingering in the bag in the back of the freezer because there was no crisp or bite to it and were very bland. They were so stale it felt like i was eating fry jerky if it were a thing. Over all experience on just the food alone felt like if i had been swindled of my $25. Everything was...

Well I'm not sure what happened to this place but for starters the service is horrible. The last 2 times that I stopped in to order have not gone well. Both times it was a short black male standing at the register (sorry but I don't know his name) and he just stands there staring at his screen and from time to time he shakes his head. He doesn't acknowledge me what so ever. You can stand there 5 minutes and he says nothing! Lol Weirdest thing! This guy needs a new job somewhere else.....somewhere away from people.
