I had placed an online order for pick up yesterday and I was served by a white, hefty lady who always give me an attitude whenever I come in. I had told her that I am picking up two pizzas— one extra cheese pizza and a SUPREME pizza. She said they don’t have SPRING pizza, and I kept repeating to her ‘SUPREME.’ And she continued to argue, and look down on me as if I am pronouncing it wrong. Every single time I come to pick up my order at this store I am given a poor service, with the same lady giving me an attitude. If she doesn’t like working there then don’t work there, otherwise go along with a standard customer service that includes RESPECTING everyone without racial discrimination.
After having to go through that incident, I tried to contact them to ask for the manager to make a complaint regarding that employee. The person’s voice that I had spoken through the phone sounded the same as the racist lady. Anyway, she said that she is the manager AND the owner of the store. Totally disregarded my complaint and snubbed me on the phone. You would think that she would apologize and take action for what had happened. But after calling again the next day and speaking to a different staff, the lady faked about being the manager and owner. They said they would have their boss contact me back to fix this issue. But I haven’t heard anything from them till now.
