A long time customer, well not anymore because my family ordered a large meat lovers pizza which the menu stated that it was $19 plus tax and delivery. Well not MAGROS for just the pizza was $14.75 then hold on for it $2.50 for sausage, $2.50 for meatballs, $2.50 for ham, $2.50 for pepperoni, $2.50 for bacon, $2.50 for salami then $8.00 for extra cheese for a total of $37.75 plus tax and delivery fees!!!! Now I do understand that times are tuff but when the pizza was delivered the toppings weren’t even on the crust anymore!!! For a grand total of $42.27 plus tip. I ate at this restaurant/ pizzeria. The food was average. I ordered two large pizzas add garlic knots and some dipping sauce for the nurses Norwich rehab nursing home. The dipping sauce was never sent with the driver and one of the pizzas wasn't sliced. I wasn't pleased, very unprofessional. I called them and complained about not receiving the dipping sauce and they said to remind them next time I place an order. I'm not from the area first of all and secondly I wasn't planning on returning there again. I demanded my refunds for the sauces they did not ship. Excellent food. Lasagna was great, the pasta fagiol soup was homemade and delicious. The kiddo has enjoyed the pizza and the garlic knots. The side salad with dinner is very good, always fresh and I enjoy the cheese/black olives/onion they use. Good choice of dressings. The Alfredo was creamy and thick. They accommodated my choice of pasta instead of fettuccine noodles. Large portions definitely had left overs the several times we have been here. Does get busy on nights/weekends I have noticed.
