The Sandwich Warehouse — Restaurant in City of Ogdensburg

I don’t know what to say better about this place. Quaint little sandwich place upon arrival, the owner was the only person working. We had a great conversation about small business and surviving Covid early on. I’ll tell you there’s good reason! I got the turkey apple with cranberry Mayo and I’ll tell you, even though I was torn between choosing multiple sandwiches, I will be back for this one because it’s all I’ve thought about since! I ate the sandwich for 2 meals, and don’t forget the treats(all homemade ) ! I got the raspberry bar (I’m ashamed to admit I ate it in one setting and I’m pretty sure it’s serves 2 at least) it was that good. I got homemade molasses cookies. I hadn’t had in since my grandma passed and i find them to bring nostalgia. I am so sorry grandma but these molasses cookies were the best I’ve ever had, I can say this because no one can tell on me anyway, and if she were still with us, she would take 2nd place with grace anyway. What I’m saying is. This place is a gem in a small community, and my meal (multiple meals) was no more than going to a fast food place but so much healthier, tastier, fresh ingredients and didn’t come with that icky feeling after downing fast food takeout. This place is HORRIBLE!

I ordered 3 sandwiches. They were all bad. They do things like putting all the meat in the center and hardly anything on the rest. Looks good when you cut it in half however. They dont give you much meat and the other ingredients are vapor

They give you a Lays funsize chips (1/2 oz) with every sandwich. Didnt want this, maybe just reduce the price

Not the best sandwich I have ever eaten. And at 8.75 for a sandwich you'd think it would be good. I bought the Fort LaPresentation. It was swimming in mayo, had no cranberry flavor at all, half the sandwich had all of the turkey while the other had none. The thinnest slice of cheese I have ever seen. And last but not least somehow despite all of that mayo the bread tasted dry and hard. I think I'll stick...
