Chipotle Mexican Grill — Restaurant in City of Olean

Worst chipotle I have ever been to in my whole entire life. Been there three times since it opened. Everytime they’re out of something. I ordered my daughter a quesadilla and they were out of the small wraps and had to use large wraps and proceeded to charge me for a large quesadilla because they were out of the small ones for kids. When I ordered a kids one. Like what… that’s not my fault, you should charge me for what I asked for, I don’t care if the supplies are low. My last time I’ll ever go, they didn’t have anything to drink not even fountain drinks it tasted like nasty seltzer water. There was nothing to drink but the drinks up front that were low for all the customers in chipotle. All we got told by the employee was, “I’ll check to see IF there is more syrup for the fountain drinks.” I asked since were supposed to get a drink if we could just have one of the ones from the front and she said, “no I’m sorry” I said, “what are we supposed to do for the drinks we paid for?” She said, “I don’t know what do I’m sorry.” Wow. I will never come here ever ever again. I’ll drive to Buffalo before I go to this Chipotle ever again in my life!!! I spent quite bit of money on my food. Being the first time at this specific one, here's the breakdown.

We stopped at the spur of the moment. There was one car there. Luckily we stopped when we did, because as soon as we got our food and sat down, it got busy.

Food, the portions were good and the taste and delivery was good.

Staff, the staff was younger, as I say to my wife, a bunch of kids. That being said, they were on top of things. Being our first time there, the staff explained exactly what they had and what was what. Even explaining things, we still had our food in a few minutes.

Facility, other than the tables needing cleaned a little better, the place looked good. Granted, the tables are stainless and can pick up smudges. There were food stains on the one we sat at, but, a quick wipe with a napkin and we were good.

Staff 2, the employees got a good push while we were there, both in house and pickup. They were very lax getting the food ready and out. No, hysterics, no yelling, everything seemed to flow smoothly.

So, I can't give it 5 stars, because of the table, but, other than that, it was a good dining experience.

I can't believe how this location has only been open two days and so many people are leaving weird, negative reviews already. Give them a opportunity to get up and running, a grace period. People saying they've only been open a few days but im still going to leave a bad review 🤣 Sad. The staff was extremely friendly and really trying hard to do their best considering the line was out the door at 9:30 pm. I fully support the workers and their efforts. Very disheartening to see customers being rude like how about you think outside of yourself and your own little world and consider that the staff has absolutely nothing to do with parking and supply shortages etc. This is a chain and they have no control over most things.
