This is a tough review. I give it 5 stars because the food was great. But my meal this am was to say the least, alarming. A girl took my order and forgot to put the cheese on the order. She did ask me several times if that was all, like she couldn't hear. After sitting down to eat and realized the cheese didn't make it to my sandwich, I approached the counter. I don't know if it was the manager or the owner that handled this. But he immediately became disgruntled and was yelling across the store to see which associate waited on me. The girl that had waited on me was in the back room getting trays or something. The entire staff of girls was obviously terrified of the upcoming yelling match as they ALL knew this was going to end ugly. After berating her LOUDLY in front of the whole store, I wasn't even sure if I was still hungry. I feel really bad that girl, and obviously the staff gets treated that way. Read moreThey are always working very hard on orders and I never have my order messed up. Delegation of staffing to busy areas could stand for improvement; there's always alot of staff but they don't seem to be really helping anywhere. There are times when a pre-order is fast and convenient but lately the usual is that pre-ordering only causes you to wait longer, much much longer. On the times I have decided to just order from the storefront line I have had to wait so long just for someone to look up long enough to ask if they are even serving storefront because the whole line was waiting just to even be acknowledged. I think most customers have figured out that if you actually want to get service you have to go through the drive thru because that seems to be only real focus. In order to get many online offers you still have to place a mobile pre-order though or you don't get the discount offer... Everything is always tasty once you do receive it. I will keep going but I have limited my visits to maybe 1x weekly or less...
Read moreThis olean location, has brought several disappointments. Coffee tastes burnt every time ive gotten coffee here. I have seen flies landing on donuts, muffins, and the bagels during my instore orders as well as messy tables and floors. I have noticed during in person visits poor sanitary conditions in relation to employees cleaning work spaces, utensils and failure to wash their hands. But more recently, I overheard the District Manager being completely out of line with a trainee and had been verbally disrespectful to the trainee and demanding a specific behavior because of her title. If the DM happens to read this: you seriously need to learn how to treat employees especially new people who are still training.
