In my Google reviews I make every effort to be polite and neutral. Today my wife and I stopped for a bite to eat. Here is the run down of the order. Biggie bag; 4 nuggets, coke, fries Medium combo 7; Big bacon classic, fries, coke Baked potato Queso fries Upon receiving our order at the drive through we noted that the fries from combo 7 were missing and the Big Bacon Classic was a single patty. After parking I went inside and spoke with the manager (a snarky middle age white lady), and told her the issue. She reminded me that I paid for a single patty burger, so I let that go. I told her that the order was short a fry, she handed it to me and I left with some choice words for her as her customer service really sucks. The problem with our meal got worse when we dug in to eat as we drove on Highway 86. My burger had no bacon. My wife's burger was overcooked to the point it was black and hard. She was shorted a chicken nugget. The baked potato had no taste. Wendy's quantity and quality of food has declined. The old commercial that has a lady shouting, "Where's the beef," 100% applies to Wendy's. We paid $27 for low-quality meals with very small portions. The manager should be embarrassed for serving a crispy black burger and treating customers like they want something fro free. These people make $15 an hour and can not do their job. To start the man working the drive thru was rude, normally they greet you will hi welcome to … how can I help you? Nope this was, I’ll be with you when I can.. as I started placing the order you could hear his voice changing, acting super irritated to even be doing his job and like we were a major inconvenience to be there. I pull around to the window to pay for my order and he just stands there, doesn’t say a word, like “hi your total is…” nothing so I said oh you said it was $20.80?, ya. Mind you when he took my car this glove was completely ripped out, his entire thumb was hanging out.. he then mumbles something about up there.. I said what was that? He said pull Ahead to the door… as I was sitting there (just shy of 10 minutes) I notice the lady behind me getting out of her car to get her bills that were flying all over because I’m sure it was an inconvenience to hand it to her nicely. Finally after we get our food I said to him, I hope your day gets better, pulls his phone out of his pocket and checks the time, he says ya I doubt it I’m supposed to leave in 2 minutes.. so as we leave going down the road only we realized they gave us 2 ranch cups but didn’t give us our nuggets…. Read moreWaited 5 minutes for the cashier to take the order of th people before us, then stood at the counter for another 10 minutes before we walked out in frustration. Cashier was busy filling orders for window, but couldn't even look at us let alone say I'll be with you in just a minute. We are used to the long waits at this location, but after being ignored for more than 10 minutes, we will never return. Went across the street to Burger King, who somehow manages to service the same number of customers and balances the window and in store customers. We had our food there in less the amount of time we were waiting at the counter for someone to even speak to us at Wendy's. I can see by the other reviews that we aren't the only ones.
