Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in City of Oneida

Store is gross, the employees are literally discusting.. the guy working the front counter has open sores all over his arms. The employees all have a bad attitude. I ordered a pepperoni and Italian sausage pizza, I came back 20 minutes later. The girl at the front took a solid 5 minutes looking around then brings up a sausage pizza which is not what I ordered upon discovering this I questioned her about it and told her I need the pizza that I ordered. She said "that's all we got, I'm sorry the guy working the front has only been working here for 2 weeks" ok so he rang it up wrong obviously, that's not my problem but why would you try to pass the pizza off as the right one when you knew it was wrong 🤔. So I left the pizza on the counter and she said she would make up the pizza right. I came back about 15 minutes later and the pizza was gone off the counter and I was being accused of taking it with me which never happened. It's the wrong pizza why would I take it with me? She then says "you took the pizza so there is nothing we can do" Never did get the pizza, they probably ate it themselves and were trying to scam me out of my 14 dollars. Had to ask for the manager to get a refund and I never got my pizza. Literally the worst customer experience. Would recommend firing all the employees at the store...

Trying to buy a pizza for my son who didn't have his wallet, and the girl was NO help. Refused to take a card over the phone, and when I asked how else I can do this her response was cash or credit....(duh, this is credit, OVER THE PHONE!! She says something about not accepting payment over the phone. I said YOU DONT ALLOW ONLINE ORDERING? she says "oh, well, yeah, you can order over the app." Well then, that's the correct answer to my question then isn't it? Don't like the fact they will refuse service to someone that is right there with a paying party...

I sat in the store for over 45 minutes waiting for a phone order that was called in. The cashier was a complete waste of space. I asked about my order she replied its busy. Instead of telling me the pizza had to be made 2 times because they forgot the pepperoni. I was clearly upset. She walked away from the counter several times making people stand and wait. I wouldn't of gotten upset if she just responded to me. Instead she was too busy bragging she had 8 minutes left of her shift and the rest of them were screwed. How...
