My family and I absolutely love this place!!! Not only is the ice cream absolutely delicious but the family that owns this business are so nice and go out of the way for their customers!! We came across Adelaide when trying to find an ice cream cake 2 years ago and have been back multiple times. My kids have now decided if we can’t celebrate their birthdays upstate then they want to bring the cakes back to Long Island.
