T-Mobile — Local services in Town of Oneonta

Customer Service with Cimberely was Top Nosh and so I wanted to share my experience in writing! It isn’t everyday that you walk into a cell phone service provider and you receive undivided attention of an agent from beginning to end! I wanted some rates on adding my husband to my account and other inquiries and I was treated with professionalism, respect, and With top level service! And then to top it off I was able to finally get Internet service after 3 years of not having WiFi! Game changer! Cimberely actually did the entire setup and All I had to do with plug it it! It made it all much easier and we couldn’t be happier! I am one very happy and satisfying customer! Pay them a visit you won’t regret it!...

I came in for a phone upgrade as I was having issues that were out of the T-Mobile reign of terror. I was helped by the red head lady (I can’t remember her name for the life of me), Josh, and Michael. All of the team members were friendly when I walked into the store. A team member had to leave while my phone was transferring over to the new phone and the red head lady kept me informed on what was going on and they were al extremely friendly and accommodating. The red head lady is also very knowledgeable especially with the current deals! We’ve gone her multiple times in the past year and haven’t run into any of the problems...

Found out from a tmobile rep of 15years service that this store told me I couldn't upgrade my phone aswell as the vestal ,Johnson city store's.... SAVE YOUR MONEY GET SERVICE ELSEWHERE .. PROOF IS IN THE WRITING . THERE WRITING. BUNCH OF PROMISES... HOW ABOUT the get service Netflix on us.. Yup 1/24/2024 everyone has to pay for it now.....again says 1 thing gets you In a contract then shoves it... Good job T-mobile...maybe you should stick with SPRINTS promises....best cell I ever had. End of rant....
