I walked in to the restaurant and I wasn't able to read the sign about a locked door but another customer opened it for me..as I was walking out of employee who was sitting at a table with other customers and decided to reprimand me in front of everyone which was extremely embarrassing because now I had to explain how I have reading comprehension issues in front of everyone as they were all staring at the scene she just created... she then got up out her seat and kept wavung her hands saying "you know what just go just go" as I was walking I heard her annouce to the table she was sitting at "that's what the signs there for" as i tried to explain to other employees that I didn't feel that whole scene was necessary and the employee i was speaking of wouldn't let me get a word in as she was extremely defensive. She gave a complaint condescending apology and I left in tears. Never have i experienced anything like this..hopefully they'll do better with not embarrassing their customers and I shouldn't have had to explain about my learning disability in front...
Read moreI placed an order, received an email that my order is filled and waiting for pick up. I arrived to pick up and NO order. Found that they were unable to fill my order. Then why send me an email that the order was ready and waiting pick up. I did write on instructions that if any issues to call, no call! I was told that they were too busy to call. They weren’t busy when I went in to pick up my NO ORDER! Very disappointed as I just went shopping to pick up goodies to go with my bagels. They did give me the 4 bagels they had as it was near closing but they are awful. Panera has really good bagels but these are hard, very thin and dry! Thank goodness I didn’t get my order of 13! This wasn’t the first time that my waiting order was not waiting! Not happy, I would find a new place to get my bagels but need to finish gift card. Lost bonus card in January as unable to use as hospitalized for 2 months, not losing...
Read moreWent for breakfast, 9am ish. The place had two customers sitting down eating and two others on line behind us. Obviously, it was not busy. There was just enough coffee between the two carafes to fill my med sized cup, and it was barely warm. A gentleman came up beside me to get coffee, and I let him know they were empty. The cashier shouted over very rudely that she would get to the coffee but that she was only one person. There had been no statements made to her, no complaints, even though one was warranted. So, the fact that she publicly called me out was way out of line and poor customer service. I will also add that ordering and checking out was a project! A rare breakfast out with a dear friend was off to a rough start, and anything but an enjoyable! Believe me, we will pick a different...
