Dunkin' — Restaurant in City of Poughkeepsie

It is basically the same crew whenever I go in the morning, but I wish I got this girl's name. She goes above and beyond to make sure my stuff is correct and that really makes my day! I don't go there every day, but apparently often enough that she knows my face and knows I don't like the cheddar cheese that comes on the sandwich! Most often I order in person. Last mobile order I came in and right away she called my name because she knew the american cheese order was mine. Today i went to get my food and she re-made it when i got there because she already knew she put cheddar on it and remembered when she seen me that I don't eat cheddar. I've heard them with other people in lines at times knowing what they are ordering in terms of food and drink as well. Im always very impressed and try to make it a point to go to that one even though there isnt always parking since it is downtown. They get a lot of business and somehow operate 10x faster and more accurate than the one across from my job....

I just left Dunkin at One Civic Center Plaza and every morning that I come in there that's just one girl she looks very angry,face on, very disrespectful, she never gives you a receipt she did respectful and this morning she almost got really disrespected back because the way she just treated me she should not have a customer service job she should not be the one that customers in the morning when they come in. I use order on the go mostly.They never get my donut ready. I always have to wait when I get there at least 3-5 mins. The coffee is always ready, and I'm standing there waiting to flag down a person to get my donut. Takes away the purpose and convenience of order on the go. If they got that together, it would be better. Also. The short haired cashier is always miserable. Never has a smile on her face, and mumbles when taking your order. This is the first person I see when I leave my house most mornings and the interaction is never pleasant. They could remind the staff about good customer service.
