El Guacamole — Restaurant in City of Poughkeepsie

I just got off work and was hungry so I decided to order some food from this restaurant, I was very disappointed 😞, first off when I walked into the restaurant there was a man behind the bar, a woman sitting down and another man walking around, Nobody said hello, Hi, how are you, may I help you, nothing, no acknowledgement or anything, so I'm like okay,the people who work here have no manners, Then I asked can I order food to go and I looked on the menu that was on the bar and literally had to ask who can I place my order with because both the lady sitting down and the man behind the bar were ignoring me, finally the other guy that was walking around took my order. I ordered 3 chicken tacos and rice and beans, they forgot my guacamole and the taco's were super wet because they slopped the beans in the tray, there was a super small portion of beans and rice and the food was cold I ate the food because I was super hungry and didn't want to waste it, but $17 and change is not worth what I paid for, I'm very disappointed because I saw good reviews for this place, I will not be going back and spending my money...

Went here with my best friend was so excited at the variety of the menu ordered multiple items off the menu tacos, birria tacos, empanadas, fried sweet plantains, churros and cheesecake chimichangas. (I tasted at least one thing from each and took the rest home which I shared and ate the next day.) All the food was so bomb. My top faves were the fried sweet plantains, empanadas, birria tacos and churros. 10/10 highly recommend. This place was excellent. The interior is designed so thoughtfully. The art, the music, the place is super clean with a ‘covid station with hand sanitizer and extra masks’ what an experience! The staff and customer service was on point. Definitely coming back because the food is just so good and they are very affordable and you receive more than a satisfying portion of food. The worst 100 dollars I've ever spent on a meal. Pre birthday celebration for my man who loves Mexican food.... He never complains in restaurants but he definitely wasn't happy with this experience. We felt rushed drinks appetizers and meals all within 2 minutes of each other. I brought it to the waitress attention and got a dry apology. It's one and done for us.
