Do not go to this location I was treated horribly. I purchased drinks online and had a situation where I could not leave my home before closing. I called in this morning and was told if I have the receipt they would replace my order. I go to get my drinks and was told the manager "Lora" said not to replace my drinks or give me a refund, I asked them what and why? I was told because I didn't pick them up before they closed the night before they would not replace my order! I asked again what are you guys going to do for me otherwise because I paid for the drinks! I was told nothing and that they had no explanation but just not to do anything for me. Ohhhh but they did say, I could spend more money and purchase them again but nothing more would be done!!!!!! I reached out to the higher up and was told to send a copy of my receipt and they would help me, I did that and he never responded again. I did however reach out to a much more pleasant location who replaced the order free of charge and was very apologetic for the treatment I received by this location @ WINTON ROAD & BLOSSOM!!!!!! They gave me the drink with no cold foam and added whipped cream, which I don't like. There was some kind of issue with the register, so the line was backed up. It was getting late and I was going to be late for work. They gave me the incorrect coffee, then told me I had to wait for the brownie. I asked three employees if they could just have the brownie, all of whom said it would be right up. I then saw a woman place the brownie in the oven to heat it up. I said loudly enough for her to hear, not to heat up the brownie. I repeated it at least twice, at which point another employee stopped her. I don't want melted chocolate chips all over my hands, which is why I always say not to heat it up, but this has happened a few times. Ā Ā Ā Read moreI came to this place to take my break last Friday 12/6/24. After using the bathroom I went to the counter, where there were 3 young ladies standing talking. They were not busy with customers inside. It was pretty slow. I stood their waiting for a good 2 minutes and they the 3 young ladies continued to talk among one another. Finally onee asked the other ladies who is working the front and the other 2 ladies just looked her. Finally After waiting 3 minutes or so,and I was staring at them like hello I want to make an order. One of them came and took my order with an attitude.. all I got was a hot chocolate. This has been the worst experience I have ever had in a starbucks and I always go to starbucks. I'm not a DD man. Management you need to fix that. I will never buy anything...
