809 Sports Bar and Lounge — Restaurant in City of Rochester

After an hour drive, got to the place and waitress literally ignores us for like straight 15 minutes. I ask for Piña Colada and water and never came, the people next to me told the employees again and then the waitress took my order but the piña colada took another 15 minutes and the water never came (i had to go ask for it). Waited as long as an hour and 20 minutes and I got disappointed because another table got there after me and got the appetizer before me. I stand and go. Horrible service, if at least the waitress come to the table and offer something else to drink or apologize but they just ignore us completely and the place was not even full of people so there’s no excuse not to give a good service. We had called at around 5pm stating that we were coming for a birthday party. It was only 6 of us and we were coming to eat at around 10:30. My father asked if we needed i.d. Or a reservation and he was informed that he didn’t. When we got here at 10:40 the people at the door said we couldn’t enter because my you fest sister is eighteen. We said we only wanted to eat, wouldn’t sit at the bar, and that they could even mark her hands if they needed to. They were not having it although they never told us when we called that she wouldn’t be able to enter. They said had we came before 10 we would’ve been fine but it’s not explicitly stated anywhere that she wouldn’t have been able to join us. Wasted an hour and a half of our lives driving up from buffalo just to get disappointed...

The absolute WORST service and food I’ve ever had. We waited over an hour for our table but had a reservation at 7pm. Then once we were sat, they told us that the don’t sell alcohol due to losing their liquor license. We should’ve been aware of that when we made our reservation for a birthday large party. Then we ordered food and it took OVER an hour to receive it. Then the food was incorrect and incredibly dry. We were also given old and moldy sour cream packets and the manager only wanted to give us 10% off. This is ridiculous and I can see why they’re only opened a few days a wk. This place needs new management or ownership… very...
