Peppermill Restaurant in Rochester, NY, truly stands out as a gem in the culinary landscape of the city. Over the years, it has become a beloved spot for many locals, myself included. The menu offers a delightful mix of comfort food and classic dishes that never disappoint. Among the many delectable items, two dishes deserve special mention: the fish fry and the chicken Parmesan.
The fish fry is a testament to the restaurant's commitment to quality and tradition. Perfectly battered and fried to a golden crisp, the fish is tender and flavorful, served with a generous portion of fries and coleslaw. It’s the kind of dish that you look forward to every week, knowing it will be consistently delicious.
Then there’s the chicken Parmesan, which is nothing short of exceptional. The chicken is cooked to perfection, with a crispy breaded exterior and a juicy, tender inside. Topped with rich marinara sauce and melted cheese, it’s a hearty dish that satisfies every time. The attention to detail and the quality of ingredients truly shine through.
What sets Peppermill apart, beyond the incredible food, is the exceptional service. From the moment you walk in, you are greeted with warmth and hospitality. The staff is attentive, friendly, and always ready to go the extra mile to ensure your dining experience is memorable. It’s this consistent dedication to customer service that has kept me coming back for years.
In summary, Peppermill Restaurant is more than just a place to eat; it’s a beloved institution in Rochester. Whether you’re a regular or a first-time visitor, you can expect excellent food, exceptional service, and a welcoming atmosphere that makes you feel right at home. Highly...
Read moreEh... I wasn't in my seat for more than 45 seconds before a waitress came over to proudly (controllingly?) tell me that if I get out of my seat I have to wear a mask.
Care to even say Hello first? Do you really think that after one year of COVID-life you still have to lay out the ground rules before even saying hello to your customers?
The sign on both of your entry doors clarifies your mask policy. The sign on display inside the front doors also clarifies your mask policy.
If I get up out of my seat and walk to the bathroom without a mask on you should definitely further clarify your mask policy. But I was in my seat. Have confidence in your abundant signage, and try to other wise create an inviting and hospitable environment. Please.
If it isn't too much trouble, maybe retrain your staff to greet customers with a warm "hello" or "welcome" before barking out masking policies.
Mask policies are loud and clear. We get it. We also had our masks sitting next to us on the table in plain sight.
I'm not coming back here anymore. I'm tired of companies thinking it's okay to eliminate the human element on account of COVID, You can call it whatever you want, I call it controlling and unnecessary. It's not the first time you've done it, but it is definitely the last time you'll...
Read moreBeen going to this restaurant for many years. So in saying that I usually have a fairly decent experience. Till today, sent my eggs back because they were undercooked, they came back over cooked . With that being said a waitress offered them to be cooked again I was already running late so I declined. I like my eggs over medium that would be white fully cooked yolk running. So lacking the ability to dip my toast I didn't eat my toast pretty much didn't eat the eggs besides a little bit of the white. You would think customers completely unsatisfied with this meal . The whole reason he comes there is to eat he didn't really eat. You would think the waitress would reflect that in the check. Let's just say I got fully charged for my meal even though I didn't eat the main portion and the majority of it. That'll be the last meal that...
