I am a door dasher and the lobby is supposed to stay open til 11 pm I understand that it gets busy and things happen I dash 7 days a week and yes they r very busy but here it is right now its 945 pm and I am sitting in a very long line in the drive thru waiting to get a dash order not the first time sometimes they close the lobby at 8pm and we wait on drive thru line and food is cold as well that is crazy would u want ur food delivered cold after waiting way past the time it should have been there again not the first time and here it is 956 and I am still 5 cars beep in the drive thru line here’s a suggestion maybe having them bring the door dash food out or even just let the dashers in so they don’t have to sit and food cold as well again happens all the time (Salamanca ny 14779 location) just got to speaker and we were suppose to deliver it 15 mins ago 1011and not even to window yet and it’s not the cooks they r putting food out the front can keep up it was like that at lunch as well all the time one night they told a bus of 30 girls they would not wait on them they were closing the doors at 830 r u kidding me so bus went to BK 1017 still not to the window 1020 and they hand me a bag that was sitting there...

I ordered mini Oreo Mcflurry to then be told they couldn't make it. 4. The same guy who told me he couldn't make an Oreo Mcflurry then brought the Mcflurry to my table. That tells me that he blatantly lied to my face. We watched a gentleman walk out with a McFlurry, plus the option wasn't greyed out on the kiosk, which they can do if they don't have it. I'm not stupid. I'm in a whatever kind of state this point because we're making a long 16 hour trip. I just wanted my food. 4. My boyfriend brings our tray to the table and we see that our fries are soggy and cold. My McDouble was haphazardly thrown together. His McChicken was cold and soggy. 5. To top it all off, we were given the wrong sauce and we were so irritated at that point that we didn't get up and ask for the right sauce. 6. The crew was busy arguing instead of doing their JOB. I get it. I'm a service worker, myself. I know the job sucks, sometimes. HOWEVER, this is NOT the experience you should get serving your customers. After paying for my order I tasted my sweet tea ( I ordered 4 large and one small), when telling worker they were not sweet she took them all back rolling her eyes and saying unpleasant foul language while window closed and gave me once again more unsweet tea. I parked and went in when telling the manager they were not sweet he agressively threw them away after telling him I did not want liquid sugar added to them. He then started yelling no more sweet tea. I stood there watching him bring another canister up slamming it up in drive thru splashing it everywhere. The worker not manager gave me a refund. There is no team work there only bad examples and attitudes. Something must be done about this. I managed at a mc donalds before and this is not how anyone should build a team.
