I ordered using the BeyondMenu app 2 days in advance for my sons birthday party (with a small window of time at the party place). They charged my card one day in advance of the party. 5 min after the order was to arrive I called and they said they wrote my phone number down wrong and did not computer the order even though it was completely paid for. The pizza was an hour late, I have a room full of starving teens and no food. They said they would give me 20% discount for the inconvenience, they did not follow through. I called the pizza shop the day after and waited for the owner to return my call, he did not. I called the BeyondMenu customer service and they got the merchant to agree to the 20% refund. Not even 5 min later, the owner called me and was screaming at me saying I am trying to steal his money, telling me I better watch my mouth. He said it was a $75 order and not a million dollar order. Made excuses after excuses for their mistake. It got to the point that I said if he calls me again I will contact the authorities. His error made for a very stressful birthday party and his bad behavior goes well beyond how a professional business owner should conduct themselves. Read moreMy family and I had ordered dinner on Sunday 02/28/2021 placed order for delivery and repeated the order several times to the gentlemen on the phone our order consisted of LG sausage pizza 20 garlic parm wings 2 litter soda and my Greek chicken salad
Now dinner gets delivered pizza fine Wings overcooked and the salad was a tossed salad with chicken so needless to say called to complain and they made wings over and salad over started with wings no n problem But the salad still the same tossed salad with chicken nothing Greek at all in so called again a and the gentlemen was rude to to us and refused to give money back back or make the right salad
And the sad thing is they took back the first set of wings and salad which I believe is against sanitary standards Im afraid if someone orders that they get the items in their order there's no telling who's gonna wide up with the food takin back
They don't know if my family was sick or nothing never asked so I pray something is done about this with covid going around that's is nothing to play around with
Needless to say very disappointing cause my family has ordered for yrs there

BAD DECISION decent but not as good as it’s been (normal, happens) thats fine, But we start eating the wings and jaws start hurting, i looked down to discover day old, discolored,dry wings, mind you its 2 in the afternoon. My wife calls, the man is rude and yelling, telling her bring the remaining wings back (mind you it’s Covid restrictions on that & snowing outside). @ this point he tells her, he “doesn’t trust her”, i was disgusted after eating their bad food and being asked to TRUST THEM & after him being violent with my wife. I take the phone and this guy started yelling @ me, telling me to stop talking to him like that right after he didn’t know i could hear him yelling @ my wife. Terrible. He’s a lucky man because I chose to pray & write this review. MY SUGGESTION, CHOOSE A DIFFERENT PLACE TO EAT. THEY WILL NEVER SEE OUR MONEY AGAIN.
