Zeba Discount Furniture — Local services in City of Schenectady

If I could have gave this store a 0 rating I would have. We purchased 4 barstools and had to return one because it was broken. We than purchased a mirror and a ceiling light. The ceiling light was broke and had to exchange it for a new one. After Paying someone to take our existing chandelier down and installing the new light, which took about an hour to do, I went online to see what the chandelier was worth so I could sell it online and the same exact light we purchased from Zeba’s popped up and Walmart had them online for 89.00, Amazon and all other sites were charging 99.00 and less for the light and we purchased ours from zeba’s and were charged 400.00. We are not returning just because of the issues we had with installing it’s up and staying up. I also went on the check the price of the mirror…. 250.00 online and we paid zeba’s 400.00 for that as well. I called and the worker couldn’t give me an explanation. I see a lot of the reviews says good prices, are they really though? If they can overcharge for a light by 300.00 I’m pretty sure they are overcharging for a lot of things in that store and ppl aren’t taking the time to actually go online and looking to price it out. I wish I would had went online before purchasing to do price comparison. I will never purchase from this...

Purchasing my living room furniture at Zebas was so incredibly easy, quick, and painless. I had had a nightmare of an experience last year when I purchased a new couch elsewhere and I held off buying a couch for as long as I could after that. Setting up financing, as well as delivery was also very easy and quick. I probably didn’t even spend a hour in the store in total. I had looked online previously and had an idea of what I wanted, I just wanted to wander around and sit on the couches before I decided. I ended up picking one that I hadn’t seen online but knew as soon as I sat on it that it was the perfect amount of soft and fluffy I wanted. From the moment I arrived, I felt comfortable with the salesman that walked up to me. He listened to what my needs were, and then guide me to the right place. Zane was fabulous. He wasn’t pushy, and offered great suggestions. He got to know me and I got to know a little about him. When he thought the first sale was over and went to write me a I had another sale instead of looking any further even online. Zeba's is so accommodating and I cannot take delivery for three weeks and they are OK with that.
