Woodlawn Park — Attraction in City of Schenectady

I recently moved away from this park and miss it a lot. This park went from a run down forgot pool with a playground and neglected basketball park, to a bright active park. The park was brought back to life with the help fo local volunteers with help from public and private funding. My daughter loved walking here and playing on the swings, the ladybugs and the slides. Love the outdoor workout equipment, especially in the times of COVID. However, beware of little kids without masks. The park has a sign posted that you must be masked, but I couldn't even get on the equipment today due to about twenty unmasked kids running in a group. Great little park. Recently redone and worked on. It no longer has a pool. However in the summer they have a splash pad to help cool the kids down in.
