Worst Customer Service EVER. Coverage Area is also horrible. I am unable to, on many days out the billing period, unable to actually use cellular data. There is no reason I have complete blockage to service when I am paying for said service and there were no stipulations or conditions on when and where I can use my phone. I tried multiple times to get answers and was either hung up on or the phone was not answered less than a minute after being hung up on specifically by an “employee” named Mike.
