Beautiful store reminiscent of Avenue A stores in NYC during the 1990s. Works of all sorts by local artists. Very welcoming, helpful, full of art supplies,stickers, posters, unique gifts, and so much more. Please go and check this place out!

Bear and Bird Boutique is one of my absolute favorite shops in Schenectady! I would describe it as unique, quirky, and fun! They have all kinds of awesome things to browse and purchase such as art supplies and prints, toy machine socks, books, and all kinds of other unique knickknacks! With the aforementioned abundance of delightful items plus the very friendly and welcoming atmosphere, I would highly recommend stopping in and seeing what they have to offer!! YOU'RE GOING...

Awesome boutique! Bear and Bird has an eclectic mix of books, crafts/activity kits, artwork, stickers, etc for any age. I’ve bought many gifts here for my young niece and nephew, as well as my parents and boyfriend. Definitely need to add it to your list of small businesses to shop at this holiday season or really anytime of the year if you’re looking for a gift or treat yourself to something fun...

I did an online order as I live on the other side of the country. I had looked everywhere for a certain keychain when I found the store’s online shop.
