First off I've never been to a pub that you have to assume to seat yourself and assume to go to the bar to place an order and get the menu and then because of that we waited forever to get an order in then like the food came I ordered chips instead of Fries came with fries then another order came with fries but never got them so placed a separate order for fries and then was asked to pay for them when leaving I left a five dollar tip on the table because it was the right thing to do (and didn't know if it was even something I do because of the setting) but did because the food was hot fresh and prepared well was tasteful and the service honestly was worse than anywhere ive been to the one lady said "here's whoevers food this is" and sat it on the table. maybe in the future maybe have signage in your place that let's patrons know hey seat Yourself and hey if you want food please see the bar attendant for details instead of looking over at the table multiple times and assume we know what to do or simply come over and say hey this is how we do this around here instead of leaving one wondering...
Read moreVisited Nibsy’s with the family for the first time since moving to Syracuse, and man what a regret I have for not doing so sooner. I unfortunately did not get food pics, because we ate it all so fast, so delicious! The building itself was also really cool. I honestly don’t have words – other than to say everything was fantastic. I did not get the bartender’s name, but she was amazing, and kept a full pub happy – kudos to her! Nibsy, you’ve been there since 1890, If I have any advice…don’t change, cant wait...

The pizza was never the "best" in the area but it was always in the realm of acceptable and served it purpose as decent pub food. The pizza we had the other night was sadly on a level of grocery store frozen pizza. I really hope it just an off night and this isn't a glimpse of the...
