Starbucks — Restaurant in City of Syracuse

This Starbucks is very rude about how they approach individuals with service animals. My dog Dutch and I approached the store and ordered and sat down at the table. Immediately after an individual who did not even present their self rudely asked me if my dog was ESA or Service and I answered. Moving forward, I picked my dog up and put his front legs on my lap and his hinds legs were on a chair when I took his rain jacket off. 15 minutes after this occurred another random person who did not present herself told me customers were complaining that I put my dog on a chair. Without letting me explain why I put my dog up on chair (due to physical limitations) she walked away. If you are an individual with a service animal expect to be treated unequally and expect this store to be a burden. Worst Starbucks ever. Staff works unethically and manipulative specially the lady taking orders. They try to sell/ impose you what they have not what you want. It’s a shame my drink wasn’t the one I ordered. I randomly checked my drink & caught them red handed then all they could say is sorry we are out of stock for that one. But why didn’t you tell me & ask me to alter my order??? Why did you even take my order despite I checked thrice with you?? Infact the lady very confidently said yes & gave me something totally different. Upon revelation, All of the staff then came to cover up instead of admitting their mistake. I was in line first and made my order. Two girls came in after and they seemed like they are close friends with the girl at the counter. I was waiting for my order but the drink that the other girls ordered came up first. So I asked how come I ordered first but my order comes up later?
