The treatment of customers is atrocious. After running WinterStart, my friends and I wanted to go out and celebrate. We paid cover and bought drinks. When our other friends arrived they told us they got free cover for running the race. We went back to the front and another customer was showing a picture from the race with the bibs. They got in for free. When I approached an employee and asked for a refund they refused and told me that they didn’t trust me. I told them that they were treating us inferior to other customers. They said they didn’t care so we left. If they had refunded us and treated us like valued customers, we would have bought more rounds of drinks. BAD...

However, the moment I walked in with four non-white wonderful family members, I witnessed them being harassed for Id's, even though all of us are clearly over 30. The bartender then asked us for passports. When one of our party looked confused he asked him in a condescending tone, "no speaky English?". After this blatant racism and stupidity we all quickly left....
