Vinomania — Local services in City of Syracuse

I originally walked in looking to pick up Tribuno Sweet Vermouth and found that I didn't just walk into any random liquor store. I walked into a pretty chill pad where all sorts of weird folk are made to feel at home!

Gary Deckers is a badass who has outstanding customer service and goes out of the way to get you, (not always what you wanted,) but what you needed. Don't go in expecting to see Jim Beam, Evan Wllians, Smirnoff or any of the mass produced boring normie brands. This store is mostly wines as for their hard spirits, the selection is just as interesting. You may see Burnett's Cherry, Prairie and Birdwell's vodka, Corsair craft whiskeys, Montanna Pure Malt and some Japanese high end whiskey. Gary's got a little something for everyone. And won't let let you down!

The ambiance makes you want to look around and take your time. He's got a lot of band, rock n roll and old horror movie posters up among other knick knacks and 50's propaganda that really makes you feel as though you have stepped through a time machine and you are in an older, different world.

Anyway, I got the Tribuno i was looking for and also left the store with a bottle of Corsair Centennial after he had me taste it and It's delicious! Wish I could give more...

Interesting whisky and gin collection that's great for trying out new stuff. This isn't your typical liquor store, so if you are looking for bottom shelf Burnett's or Svedka don't bother. .. or do, and step...
