Dunkin' — Restaurant in City of Utica

I stopped at this Duncan yesterday afternoon to get a coffee. I went through the drive-through around 3:30 in the afternoon and ordered a hot coffee with cream and sugar and a shot of espresso. I pulled up to the drive-through window paid for my seven dollar coffee and was handed a coffee that had coffee spilt all over the lid. The girl added me the coffee looked as though she was sick. I took my coffee and left and quickly realized there was no cream, so I pulled back through the line explained that my coffee was wrong. The girl takes my coffee takes off the lid with her hands, and I just pulled away. Absolutely disgusting. You should look presentable when you’re in food service in encounters like yesterday reassure me that my $1200 espresso maker was well worth the investment as I will never and I repeat never step foot in another overpriced Unsanitarycoffee...

Probably one of the worst experiences I've had at a Dunkin Donuts. I sat at the window for a good 3 minutes with no one even acknowledging that I was there, my one drink was not ready and there was one person in line. To finish it off the one thing I had requested not to be in the drink was exactly what they put in the drink, so then I had to wait another five minutes for them to make a new one the correct way. 15 minutes later I finally leave Dunkin Donuts with one drink, and might I add there was no apology or even two words that were spoken to me in regards to them messing up my drink, having to remake it or me having to wait that long...just all around shity...

Very nice, clean location. Can be a little hard to get in & out of here at busy times especially the morning. Great service from employee's. Drinks are made to order & are usually correct. I say usually correct, as their drive thru mic sometimes has issues. Not only do you have problems hearing them on occasion, they can't always hear correctly as I found out on my last visit thru there. Not only did they get the coffee & hot cocoa's mixed up, but also ordered a dozen glazed donuts got home and opened them to find I had a box of assorted ones. Not too happy about this, but luckily we liked most of what was in there & the kids friends...
