Waiter: Keri was excellent and attentive, and she saved our dinner experience. Atmosphere: cozy and classic. The dining room is deceptively big and had additionally outdoor seating. The wood accent on the ceiling looked gorgeous. I found it ironic that, given the history of England and Ireland, I was sitting next to an old book titled "History of the English People". It stuck out enough to me personally that I did a double-take. The food, however, left a lot to be desired. We both ordered meatloaf and New England clam chowder. The New England was good, because quality clams were used. The clams in the chowder was nice and chewy. It was a touch too salty. If they dialed back on the salt just a wee bit, the soup would've been A+. The meatloaf had so much potential, but it was undercooked in the middle. To be absolutely clear: both meatloaves were undercooked in the middle. I took a few bites, starting on the edge and working my way in. The edge of my meatloaf, I noticed was kind of burnt, but I didn't want to make a fuss. Then I noticed that the meat wasn't firm like other meatloaves that I had eaten before. The meat started look a bit too pink for my comfort. I think it was after my third, albeit hesitant, bite that I inspected the center and noticed the redness of the red meat staring back at me. When I asked my sister if the meatloaf looked raw to her, she confirmed my suspicion. We showed Keri who responded with grace and remedied the situation. We were sketched out by the menu at this point, but we ended getting a chicken Caesar salad and hot wings. The wings were hot-hot; it was good. The salad was....a salad; the chicken was actually cooked, thank goodness. The kitchen needs to do better.

Never been here before, the design is beautiful and well put together. Classy yet not over done. Has the Irish feel but not over the top. The beers are delicious and the food is desirable. I had their special that night, lobster ravioli. My wife had the meatloaf. I tried my wife's meatloaf and it was excellent. The lobster raviolis were really good but I'm at an Irish restaurant/pub (not so Irish) it was really good and would get it again but wow that meatloaf was so so good. They had their irish gravy with it and It was fantastic. My wife is 8 months pregnant, we didn't have a reservation but they were still kind enough to seat us. They put two pub tables together to accommodate us. In My wife's current condition she was pretty uncomfortable with the pub chairs at that table. We didn't ask and was offered by the gentleman that seated us once he realized that she was pregnant if we wanted another table to sit at to make her more comfortable (which was so kind). Our server was on the ball, my glass didn't stay empty for more than 2 minutes and she was a joy to have, she even took our picture for us. It was my mothers birthday and we're irish so we wanted to take her out. She had a blast and everything was spot on, we cant wait to go back and take advantage of their desirable outdoor seating area. If you haven't been to this establishment you're missing out on a great experience, great beer and delicious food. Give them a try, you won't regret it.

Loved the look and feel of the place. Lots of separation of seating so it feels private for your party. We had Irish greens and pretzel bites to start. App sizes were not large but very fair for the prices. Great for a couple to share. Tasted phenomenal. Corn beef in the greens was so tendering delicious i everything was so flavorful and cooked perfectly. Lobster ravioli tasted great. I did wish it was served with a little more sauce. Clams and fish fry tasted great super flakey and tasty. Their French frys are cut in like a v shape perfect for ketchup scooping! Frys were more chewy then crunchy style but tasted great. Their Guinness machine allows you to get stock or personal images imprinted on it at no extra cost. Which is fun.

I had heard nothing but good things about this restaurant, so myself and a couple of friends decided to have dinner here, located on Columbia St. When I visited their website it had mentioned making a reservation. So I went ahead and called to make the reservation. The call had gone smoothly and I had no problems making a reservation. My friends and I showed up to the restaurant and this is when I realized I made a huge mistake by coming here. Upon arrival, before being seated, the host at the front asked to see our papers. I was beyond shocked. I felt like this was something out of the late nineteen thirties, early nineteen forties Ger many. Not sure what I mean, then 'the pianist' is a good place to start. I told the host that I did not have any 'papers' to show him and he told me if I ever wanted to visit this restaurant again then I would need to show some proof of my jab or I would not be allowed in. I felt so embarrassed the way I was treated. I had no idea this restaurant discriminated against a group of people. No where on their website was this mentioned, and when I called to make the reservations they didn't mention it then either. I can not in good faith support a business that isn't accepting of all people. Any business owner should be fully aware that it has ALWAYS been the customers who have kept you in business,...
