We had 9 people in our party. First they had lost our reservation. Only 2 of the 9 liked their food. The French onion soup was really bad as was the fish fries. Tasted like frozen fish which is usually dry. Not what you expect at a nice restaurant.
I was served my dinner last, a broiled haddock dinner which was really cold. I sent it back to get warmed up. By the time I got it back everyone was just about done eating and it was still cold.
The lady with the black eye was very snooty. We asked her a couple questions and acted as though questions were beneath her. I believe she may have been a hostess.

Food was good- we had the meatloaf, fish and chips and wings w Irish greens. Their shepherd's pie is excellent also. Service was pretty good. Read moreThe fish and chips took me back to a lovely soft day on the old farm house. The nostalgia of having to cut the turf for a fire on a crisp autumn morning. My ma calling us all to the table for some fare, cheer, and the evening daily Rosary. Well, to say I’ll be back to the Utica Irish Cultural Center’s Five Points Public House is a certainty. I hope to gather with some friends for some more fare, cheer, and who knows, maybe even a Rosary someday. Five stars and two big Irish thumbs up.
