Just as another poster suggested, I would give this zero stars of I could. Ordered a large pizza and two orders of garlic knots. Everything was burnt! The pizza was edible at best. The garlic knots however, were black. I mean, charred black. If this company has such a high standard in quality, how did our food even leave the restaurant looking the way it did? I called them back 4 times because the manager was out for like 3 or 4 days straight. At first they wanted to give me a free order of garlic knots. I said, I had two orders, not one. By the way, it's $6.00 for 3 garlic knots. So we paid $12.00 for extremely burnt garlic knots and they wanted to give us a free order. Then they tried saying they'd give us a $10.00 credit. That still leaves us $2.00 in the hole and doesn't make up for the fact we couldn't eat part of our meal. Finally, they said they'd give us a $12.00 credit. Which is great, right? I'm not out any money, but I don't even want to order from them again! This wasn't even the first time I've had horrible customer service. Prior to this time, I called to find out if they made calzones. When the guy I was speaking to said they didn't, he tried getting me to place an order any ways, and when I politely explained one of the people I was with really wanted a calzone, his words were, "Whatever, bye!" And hung up on me. I used to love this place when I was a child. My family ordered from them a lot. Seems the quality has gone down hill drastically. I don't foresee myself ordering there again any time soon. I don't have the money to blow on burnt food and horrible...
Read moreWe went on a Wednesday night which is pizza special night. It was very busy when we arrived. The hostess was running, but was able to seat us quickly. We ordered the calamari steak as an appetizer. It comes breaded with a chili sauce. The chili sauce was right out of a bottle and the preparation of the steak was nothing special.
I ordered Mediterranean seafood for my main course with the haddock, scallops and shrimp. All were overcooked. Our server took it off of our bill and handled the situation with grace. This was not the only issue with our food. We also ordered a manicotti, The edges were burnt and it seemed as if it sat under a heat lamp for quite some time.
I also thought I would try one of their drink specials, the Maple Old fashioned. It's okay at best, it was not well mixed and poorly balance.
Since I ended up not enjoying my main meal I decided to try dessert. The tiramisu was quite tasty and I would try that again. We also ordered a cannoli. The cannoli was not filled all the way through and only had three little chocolate chips.
Our server was very polite and handled the situation well.
Overall, the experience was quite lacking and disappointing, especially for such an amazing piece of...
Read moreNever again. Third time there. First time prime rib... it wasn't anything special and the bruschetta was like crazy bread from little caesars. The second time I got a pizza. It was ok. Not great, not amazing, not horrible, just ok. Today I took my two little boys. I got the haddock and my boys got wings. We waited for atleast 30-40 minutes for our food. The fish was covered in corn meal and I got 12 fries (I was laughing with my kids about the 12 French fries because normally at other places you get a ridiculous amount but when it came out we were like where's the rest). It was bland and nothing what I expected. My boys can usually handle a dozen wings. They ate 3 and I had 3 bites of fish. We took the wings home but I told the waitress that I didn't care for the fish. She asked why and I told her it had no flavor. We got our bill and she still charged me for the fish. I asked her about it. I said I didn't even eat it. She said sorry there's nothing she can do about it. Biggest waste of $50. I'll never go back and make sure to tell people to stay away. You people that own it really need to try your own food. Seriously be unbias and critical. Bruschetta is so simple. I'd be more than happy to...
