As soon as we walked in we had horrible service. There is a sign on the inside of the door that said leave your shoes here for the safety of others, and I can understand that but when the lady came out to see us she was like leave your shoes here and go.then we asked if we could bring them with us and she said NO.we did not want them to get stolen and she said they don’t look good so don’t worry about it. then the smaller kids were waiting at the counter for our shoes and the person at the counter asked how many we said hang on a sec we are not ready and with attitude said well the longer you wait the less time you have to bowl and we were like what? And she said if you are going to give me attitude then you can get your shoes and leave. But we weren’t giving her attitude another person from our party asked what was going on and she told us her story which was not what happened and then she told us to get our shoes and leave. We walked into this place and got a lane today. I can assure you that this was the first and the last time we will go to this bowling alley. My girlfriend went to get a soda from the food counter and she said she would like to pay with a card bc she had no money on her the guy working behind the counter's response was "Really?" The guy got all agitated about it. Also the staff was extremely rude to us for no reason whatsoever. The lady giving the shoes out freaked out bc a ball got stuck in the gutter and yelled at my friend bc her kid was too young to bowl even though we were paying for him and they had the correct shoe size for him as well. And if I'm going to be completely honest this was the worst experience I've ever had in a bowling alley in my life we were very nice to the staff and they were extremely rude to us...

I took 2 of my Granddaughters bowling at your establishment a couple of weeks ago and we had an AWESOME Time!!! However, they wanted to try Seaway because of the music. So, we went today. I was VERY DISAPPOINTED! The whole place was dirty, nothing worked right! The lanes, the games, even the ladies room doors didn't shut or lock! The food was bad & over priced! They didn't have enough sizes in kids shoes or balls of any sizes! The balls they do have, have been around for 50 years! I or Anyone in my Family will NEVER go there Again! If you guys started a Rockin' Bowl & offered more open bowling, you would put them out of BUSINESS!!! Read their reviews & the Owners lame responses....
