Great Wall — Restaurant in City of Watertown

I would order from this place quite a bit. But the last two times that I ordered first I noticed they changed their containers they are a lot smaller. So you're not getting the same amount of food for the price that you were paying for their food. I ordered three beef and broccoli. It was very greasy and left after taste in my mouth in the bottom of the container was soaked and grease. I called them I told them about it they said they checked with the cooks and they'd figure it out and promised it wouldn't happen again but what they don't know is that the last time I ordered before this one. It was completely the same way and the beef was not cooked all the way. So honestly I really don't believe they'll do anything about. It took me 3 months to go back and order again hoping that they changed things only to find out that they've made the container smaller you're paying the same price for less in the food is greasy and they have done nothing to change. So to say that I'm disappointed is a huge understatement. I mean does anybody else notice that we used to get the food and a White deeper container a lot more food? And how the quality has gone completely downhill. I will not be ordering a third time. They are cutting corners using smaller containers. And you are definitely not getting your money's worth . And I'm sorry but even if you were who wants greasy food that leaves an aftertaste of greasiness in your mouth . Very very very very very disappointed very very very very very very but believe me it won't happen again. So I guess anyone who reads this if you order after that and you get your food and it's not up to par. I guess you decided you had to try it for yourself and learn that lesson...

I have ordered from hear for years and have never made any complaints. We were always very satisfied. Well Monday I ordered dinner and due to the prices going up I unfortunately didn’t have enough to leave a tip. Well yesterday I wake up to a negative balance of $5 on my card. The driver wrote it in without my permission. I called and the man on the phone sent me a text of the receipt and there was a 5 in the tip section not even my writing. He said he would refund my money in cash I said I’d like it back on my card he said ok. About 20 min later the same delivery driver that just stole from me is at my door w $5 and started yelling at me. I called back and said why would u send the man that stole from me to come to my house. I was home alone w my grand children the man yelled so loud woke my 4month old granddaughter. My purpose of posting this is that if they r just filling in the tip section keep an eye on ur card statements. Again never any issues other than this. Everyone has always...

Awful and RUDE! They gave me the wrong food. When I called to tell them that I got the wrong food, the lady started arguing with me. She just kept saying "you order and we make what you order", like that would change the fact that they gave me the wrong food. I assure you that whatever it was they gave me was not what I had ordered. She was extremely rude and got even more so when I told her I either wanted my money back or the correct order delivered. Then she started with the "you order and we make what you order" again. I asked if there was anyone else that I could speak to and she said "let me call my driver". I asked again if there was anyone else to speak to and she said no. I again told her I either wanted new food or my money back and she finally said not to eat the food and her driver would come bring the money back... and then she hung up on me. Horrible food and horrible customer service! Next time I will be taking my business to...
