food is great but I got a wake up call picking up for the first time today I should have stuck to ordering delivery; i called in a pickup and they gave me a number. first time there so i went in the dining area first and i was shunned and told pickups are next door. i go next door and give my number and the employees looked at each other like i spoke German. they then ask what i ordered (why give a number then). they put my food on the counter and after i pay they turn to walk away and i ask for a shopping bag......they put the bag on the counter and walk away. there were only 2 other people in the store so why not properly tend to your customer.....i hope it wasnt because my face didnt match the voice on the phone thats been calling for multiple years. i intentionally didnt tell them who i was but i told all of my co-workers about the experience (especially the ones with faces like mine).... again the food is great but after my experience today i might have to reconsider spending my money here the owners probably a good guy but his employees actions affect...

This pizza is absolutely HORRIBLE. I ordered a pie with half extra cheese and half regular. The pizza was so GREASY there were visible puddles all across the pizza and when you picked it up everything slid off of the crust. I went back to exchange the grease pie and instead of them just exchanging it and saying sorry, I had to argue with 4 employees one of them an immature elderly man, as they insisted it wasn’t greasy and it was something I did. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE and i will NEVER return here this is the second occasion i have had a problem here. PLACE IS THE SIZE OF A PIZZA BOX, NO PARKING LOCATED IN A RESIDENTIAL AREA, and they are RACIST. Don’t let the cheap prices fool you I’d rather eat a 10$ slice from dominos that eat this trash again. And the pizza i received in exchange was just as bad if not worse. These guys just can’t cook pizza i guess. Beware! I warned you! Try at your own risk! Even though the pizza is disgusting, I would’ve never posted this if i would’ve gotten treated with respect. We keep them in business always...

Ordered from DoorDash. I thought since this place has good reviews, I would be getting a good meal. Instead I got the most blandest chicken fettuccini alfredo I've ever had in my entire life. Even the chicken was bland. It tasted like they just cooked the pasta and covered it in cream. 0% flavor, 100% bland. Not even salt or pepper. They also just dropped a huge piece of bread in my bag? See, that's not really a problem. The problem was the bread was stale. I hoped the cheese cake I ordered would at least save my tastebuds from getting absolutely nothing but starch, but no! Cheesecake didn't even taste like cheesecake. It tasted like custard if anything. Way too much sugar (which is crazy because where was this flavor in the pasta?). I've never in my LIFE written a bad review. But this food genuinely disappointed me so much, that I just had to let the public know. I don't know about the pizzas or whatever else they got. Again, I ordered DoorDash thinking I was getting a good deal. But this?...
