Chipotle Mexican Grill — Restaurant in City of Yonkers

Let me preface this review by saying that this location is on the block that I live on. This is a very high volume area during peak hours like lunch and dinner.

I have been at this location for a total of 3 times. Once I ordered inside and twice I ordered on the app. During all encounters the customer service was good and the employees pleasant and nice. The pick up window was delayed once due to other people's orders.

With regards to wait time, I am used to having to wait at the McDonalds across the street for the last 10 years I've lived here; so a new establishment trying to get their bearings soon after opening doesn't bother me. Just plan to pick up at least 20 min after the pick up time to avoid disappointment. You can't control other people and their orders.

I am hoping that they work out the kinks in the next few months but it won't stop...

After waiting for over half an hour at the pickup window, no one had even started working on my order, nor did anyone acknowledge me after the initial “it’ll be ready shortly.” I can’t even speak on the taste of the food, since I never got my order - I chose to get a refund instead. People were waiting on the side of the road, since the parking lot was full, all of which (I’m assuming) had the same issue as me. Management needs to do something to improve the efficacy of this establishment, otherwise I highly doubt it’ll be open for long. In summary, order at a different chipotle if you want your time to...

Ordered on the App (5 meals) for drive thru pick up on Friday night at about 715pm for 740pm pick up. Got to the location drive thru at 745, the worker opened the window in about 5 seconds, greeted me and asked name for pick up. I had a pleasant experience and quick service. Only downside, the parking lot was full and when I was driving out, the lane is very narrow and I almost went over the curb. When I got home, all food was there, portion size was good and chicken wasn't overly spicy or salty. Chicken was slightly overcooked but I like it like that....
