I AM TRULY DISAPPOINTED WITH THIS DEALETSHIP. WE DRIVER 2HRS TO GETHERE TO PURCHASE A 2006 DODGE SPRINTER VAN, THEAT WE EXPLAINED WILL BE USED FOR DELIVERY. WE EALSO EXPLAINED THAT WE NEEDED THE VAN AS SOON AS POSSIBLE BECAUSE THE JOB DEPENED ON. WE PURCHASED SATURDAY AND THEY HAD IT READY TUESDAY BECUASE THERE EXACT WORDS WERE "WE WANT TO MAKE SURE EVERYTHING IN GOOD ON VEHICLE BEFORE YOU DIRVE OFF THE LOT" I WAS KIKE COOL. CHECK ENGINE LIGHT WAS ON THEY SAID THEY FIXED, SAID THEY CHECKED OIL, CHANGED BACK LIGHT AND FIXED THE BACK DOOR LATCH. WHEN WE GET ON THE HIGHWAS THE VEHICLE DID NOT GO ANY FASTER THAN 40 MPH AND IT SSTSRTS SMOKING TEALY BADLY ON THE EXHAUST PIPE, BLACK THICK SMOKE. WE PAID FOR THE VEHICLE AND THEY SAID THAT EVERYTHING WAS GREAT. MY HUSBAND COULD OC DIES ON THAT HIGH WAY YESTERSDAY, THIS IS VERY UNPROFESSIONAL SERVICE. AS A VETERAN YOU GUYS ARE NOT HOORABLE TO YOUR CUSTOMERS, NOBODY SHOULD BE BUYING ANYHTING FROM YOU BECAUSE YOU LIE AND ALL YOU CARE ABOUT IS MAKING YOUR DAILY QUOTA. THERE ARE GOOD CAR DEALERSHIPS OUT THERE I CALLED YOU WHEN WE WERE ONT HE HIGHWAY TO TELL YOU WHAT WAS HAPPENEDING AND ALL YOU CAN SAY WAS THAT THE OIL WAS CHECKED. TERRIBLE YOU SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF YOURSELF, THANK GOD THAT NOTHING HAPPEND TO MY HUSBAND. Vehicle was checked by our mechanic and it would cost over $2000 to repair and the owner was willing to pay for it but I did not want that van anymore.

The solution was, had to tow vehicle $500 out of pocket, and they charged a$500 restocking fee. They returned my money, I lost my time and over a $1000, it all could if been avoided if the information was disclosed I would if never waisted my time. God is good and knows that they were dishonest.

My fiance is a driving instructor and so he asked me to do the favor for him and call the Deleon dealership to inquire about how we can go about doing a trade-in with the vehicle we had at the time. I spoke to Rulaman, the manager, over the phone. He was very professional and answered every question I had. He told us we can stop by the dealership anytime. My fiance stopped by the dealership right before closing later that week and Rulaman allowed him to go in anyway and take a look around and to take his time looking for the vehicle he wanted. Lovely, lovely people including Arnold and the receptionist. My fiance picked out the vehicle he wanted, asked all the questions he needed answers to and filled out all the paperwork necessary. Not one time was my fiance rushed even though they were closing soon. He was able to put down a deposit for the beautiful, clean vehicle. They said the car would be available for pick-up a few days later. Since it was a trade-in, the old car happen to break down, my fiance called the dealership and they sent over a tow truck and took care of it with no problem! My fiance went and picked up the car at the time he was told and the car was ready for pickup! The car smelled so new inside. We were so ecstatic and were treated with the utmost respect and professionalism. If my fiance had any questions, he would call them or stop by and they would answer everything with no issues. I highly recommend this dealership 100% for anybody looking for a vehicle. PLEASANT, HUMBLE AND EXCELLENT PEOPLE...

BUYER BEWARE!!!!! CROOKS AND CRIMINALS. NEVER BUY A CAR FROM HERE!!!! The only reason they have 1 star is because i have to give a star to post THEY SUCK WORSE PLACE EVER!!! Any positive review from this place is a sham and created by either employees, family or friends of the business. Over priced unsafe cars. They refuse to give you a carfax they fight you on test driving the vehicle will add extra fees and services to your bill even if you never used their services. Most if not all vehicles are salvaged and patched up just enough to pass inspection and will fall apart on you within a months time. Bait and switch tactics are used at their finest here most cars shown on the website are not available. Will tell you they just sold it yesterday. They do not go through a reputable finance company it is done in house and they will charge you what they feel. Half the time they dont even know what your payment actually is. Unprofessional hands down the worse place to do business. In my haste I purchased a vehicle and everyday i regret it more and more. They have no actual knowledge of anything they are selling you, all they want is your money they don't care for your safety or that of the passengers in your car. No idea how this company is still allowed to do business. STAY AWAY STAY AWAY TELL EVERYONE TO STAY AWAY THIS PLACE SHOULD NOT BE ALLOWED...
