KFC — Restaurant in City of Yonkers

This place is disgusting , I had a whole issue with the workers . I was with my daughter and we had ordered the lady seemed like she was in a bad mood but we didn't instigate further, our food was taking long and we went to go ask if it was ready. She said yes one moment and she brought out our food but not the right size and with the price of a large , I don't think she heard because to me she seemed high . I had to repeat my order about 5 times until she understood correctly , she never ended up understanding because my order was wrong . I started to get upset because we had been there for 30 minutes and so was other people. So I asked for a refund , she took a very long time to give me my money back and she kept taking orders from other people and it was just stressing me out. The worker and the manager were both targeting my daughter and yelling at her trying to shut her up , my daughter wasn't feeling comfortable with the way they were looking at me and treating me so she got upset and these women who are super old are upsetting my daughter who is 14 years old and talking to her like if they want to hit her , I had to say I was going to call the police for them to stop because the manager did nothing but yell as well. After we got the refund , we left the store and they still continued to talk about us to the other customers waiting for the food . All the workers were not doing their job and they made us feel targeted and unsafe in there. It's not fair because we are consumers and we should not be treated like this. Because of this disrespect and uneasiness , we lost our appetite. DO NOT COME TO THIS KFC!!! 1229 Nepperhan Ave Yonkers, NY 10703 United States bad services...

This place is the worst KFC ever. Very dirty place, short staffed (we all know why), but I bet management or the owner don’t care at all. The cashier was making food, putting it in buckets, making fries while touching money and cups… you name it! Again, maybe it’s not her fault but owners shouldn’t get away with this stuff at all!!!!! Food was cold, order was delayed even tho I ordered on the app and it was delayed by 30 minutes. And of course the item that I was waiting for based on them (fries) didn’t make it to the bag. Try to call the place and the phone is on busy signal all the times. Do not order from this location, and KFC should go out and inspect them.

To make it even better, I will be submitting a former complaint to the health department here in Yonkers.

Don’t get me wrong, I feel bad for the workers there. But if they voice it or maybe demand better pay or better standards, or even leave…..the owner will quickly understand why he should hire more people and pay them better to maintain...

First of all the whole store is run down and the workers deserve better the soda machine is absolutely disgusting I wouldn't touch it with somebody else's mouth and worst of all at the time the food isn't fresh it's under heat lamp when it's fresh it's great but it's hardly ever and now I just went in there and they told me they're not accepting cash only debit and we're way past the pandemic here and I believe it's because they have no change which is ridiculous in its own right caches at the end of the day accepted everywhere not a lot of people have debit cards there's plenty of people who don't I'm on my lunch break and I just wasted a half an hour and I'm not even going to get it horrible the workers are great I feel bad they have to work in such a slop house cuz it really is it's disgusting in there it has a horrible smell hasn't been renovated since I was a...
