Carvel — Restaurant in City of Yonkers

I DEFINITELY WILL NOT BE GOING BACK. Last Wednesday was the last straw! I agree that the ice is fresh and good. However, the woman behind the counter serving the public are the RUDEST I HAVE DEALT WITH IN A LONG TIME. The older young girl is utterly Obnoxious. She is loud and nasty if you SHOULD question ANYTHING about the pricing. AND NO ONE SMILES AT ALL.

I was there three weeks in a row, ordered the same ice cream And each week the PRICE was a higher than the previous week. The place is not clean just look behind the counter when you order. Actually, not one of these three women look clean and tidy. Hair is hanging in a very unkempt manner and they simply don't seem to care.

Don't know about the rest of you, but I will go a little further out of my way to the Carvel on central park avenue YONKERS. They're Carvel store is extremely clean and tidy. The Owners there seem to just go out of their way to serve you and always with a very friendly ATTITUDE. No comparison, My SUPPORT will now go to the central ave....

One word to describe this place TERRRRRRRRIBLE. The workers are very unpleasant. The lady serving to customers doesn’t even speak nor understand English. The least she could’ve done was put a smile on her face! The place doesn’t look clean whatsoever. Just look behind the counter! I even saw a child size toy car behind there! Like huh? I felt like I was in someone’s house. They definitely don’t provide a good image for carvel here! As a side note the ice cream you can purchase to go looked as if it were sitting there for weeks! I would NEVER come back to this place again. This place honestly shouldn’t even be open with how nasty it looks....
